REFUND POLICY

TWENTY FIRST CENTURY SPORTS (M) SDN BHD Refund Policy

We accept refund requests ONLY if they meet the below criteria(s):

Accepted Refund Requests
Genuine cases that prohibits a runner to partake in an upcoming event, such as:

  1. Pregnancy
  2. Job posting
  3. Serious injuries – caused by road accidents, work, sports training/competitions
  4. Permanent disability – caused by road accidents, work, sports training/competitions
  5. Death

All of the above must take place AFTER registration has been done.
All of the above will require supporting documents such as medical/doctor/employer official letter.
Failure to meet the above criteria(s) will result in declination of your refund request.


Non-accepted Refund Requests

  1. Multiple registration – misuse of Login ID, NRIC or Passport no.
  2. Wrongful registration – cheating of age/gender/IC or Passport no. that leads to disqualification
  3. Cancellation of participation due to other events


Refund process
If you would like to request for a Refund, please email to icare@twentyfirstcenturysports.com with the following:

  1. Your Confirmation Email
  2. Your Payment Email
  3. Reason of withdrawal from participation in the event
  4. Supporting documents
  5. Your Banking Details (Bank Name, Bank Account No., Account Holder Name,IC & Mobile no.)

Kindly allow us 7 – 14 working days to initiate the refund process.
For Credit Card transactions – we will notify iPay88(online payment gateway) to cancel your transaction. This will be reflected in your next statement.
For Online Banking transactions – we will proceed with manual transfer to your bank account.

Substitutions & Transfers

We strictly DO NOT ALLOW Substitution of runners for whatever the reason may be.
Entry fees are NOT TRANSFERABLE to other events.
