Job Description

Responsible for general office administration, event related activities, travel management, human resource and payroll management and IT support.

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (especially in Word and Excel) , Payroll
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Good in written and read in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Applicant must post own transport
  • Familiar and constantly be updated with labour law requirements
  • Possesses self-initiative and action oriented
  • Able to multi-task and strong organizational skill
